At Vishone, we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions with full transparency and client satisfaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you can request a cancellation or refund for any product or service purchased from us.

By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Project-Based Services (Web Development, App Development, Design, etc.)

a. Cancellation Before Project Start

  • If the project is canceled before the work begins, a full refund (after deducting any transaction fees) will be issued.
  • If initial planning, meetings, or resource allocation has already started, 20% of the total project cost will be deducted as a service charge.

b. Cancellation After Project Commencement

  • Once the project has started (design, coding, or development in progress), refunds will not be provided for work already completed.
  • Partial refunds may be considered only if the total progress is less than 25% of the project timeline.

c. Cancellation After Delivery

  • After final delivery, no refunds will be applicable.
  • However, we offer bug fixes and minor revisions as per the service agreement or maintenance plan.

3. Subscription / Rental-Based Plans

For monthly or yearly website rental and maintenance subscriptions:

  • Refunds are not available once a billing cycle has started.
  • You may cancel the subscription anytime to stop the next billing cycle.
  • Any setup or customization charges are non-refundable.

4. Digital Marketing & SEO Services

  • SEO, Ads Management, and Marketing retainers are billed in advance.
  • Since these services involve time-based effort and strategy, no refunds are offered after the campaign begins.
  • Campaigns can be paused or adjusted upon mutual agreement.

5. Training & Internship Programs

  • Fees for training or internship programs are non-refundable once the batch starts.
  • If you cancel before the start date, 80% of the paid amount will be refunded (20% deduction for processing and admin charges).

6. Technical Issues or Delays

If Vishone fails to deliver a project due to unforeseen technical reasons or internal issues, we will:

  • Either provide a full or partial refund, or
  • Offer credit value for future projects or services, based on client preference.

7. Refund Processing Time

  • If approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
  • Bank or payment gateway delays are beyond our control.
